Shipping Policy – VELARIA™

Thank you for choosing VELARIA™! Our goal is to deliver your products quickly and safely from our fulfillment center.

Processing Times
Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours (Monday to Friday) using the main couriers available.

Shipping Method
Every order is shipped via fully tracked and insured express courier, from the moment it leaves our hands to the moment it reaches you. We work exclusively with the best couriers available in your country to ensure speed, reliability, and security.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Standard (FREE): 5 to 8 business days from shipment
  • Premium: 4 to 6 business days from shipment

Delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers and may vary due to weather conditions, strikes, holidays, or other factors beyond our control. Estimates begin after your order has been shipped. In most cases your order is delivered to your mailbox, so there is no need to stay home for the delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping: Free on all orders.
  • Premium Express: Calculated at checkout based on courier rates and destination.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order: full first and last name (no company names), correct address, and postal code. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, changes can no longer be made.

Customs and Taxes
We cover all customs costs — no unexpected charges for you.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please contact the courier first, then reach out to us. We will promptly investigate every case and assist you with a reshipment or a solution wherever possible.

Cancellations and Changes
Orders are processed quickly, so they cannot be modified once they have shipped. If you wish to cancel or change an order, please contact us as soon as possible at infovelaria@proton.me: if the order has not yet been shipped, we will do our best to stop it. In all cases, you retain your right to return your order in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
